Producido por Mickey Raphael (armonicista de WILLIE desde hace tiempo) y mezclado por Tony Castle con WILLIE NELSON, este Live At Budokan muestra a la banda por primera vez en Tokio en absoluto estado de gracia y durante un período histórico de su carrera. Concretamente, la formación esa noche del 23 de febrero de 1984 contaba con su hermana Bobbie Nelson, Paul English, Grady Martin, Jody Payne, Bee Spears y Mickey Raphael.
